Fashion pins with soft enamel are created by die-striking your design into bronze or iron metal, leaving individual, miniature reservoirs for each color that will be used on your lapel pin.
We then electroplate with the finish of you chosen, including nickel, silver, gold & copper and then your pins are hand polished on front side or all three sides as per requirement. The soft enamel is added to the recessed areas and baked one by one by hand, using multiple sizes of syringes to fill each of the cavities three-quarters full. Finally, after inspecting and packing, your fashion pins are done.
